• No Refunds: No refunds for incomplete tours or activities, whether due to personal or natural reasons.
• Guidance: Follow tour guides and instructors for a safe experience.

• Food and Drink: Bring dry snacks, granola bars, and two water bottles (regular and insulated).

• Mid-Trip Departure: Costs incurred from the point of departure will be borne by the traveler; no refunds or responsibilities assumed by the operator.
• ID Proof: Mandatory for all guests at booking and arrival; PAN card is not accepted as address proof.
• Damage Charges: Any damage to resort items will be charged at actuals.

• 7 to 15 days before travel: 30% rescheduling fee.
• 0 to 15 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee.
• Bookings made 15 days before travel: No rescheduling or modifications.
• Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific: No rescheduling; standard cancellation policy applies.
• Force Majeure: Rescheduling or alternative itineraries may be provided in case of unforeseen events.
• Cancellation After Rescheduling: Rescheduling fees are non-refundable if the tour is later canceled.
