• Rate Fluctuations: Rates may change due to modifications in services or hotels. Clients will bear any additional costs if there are amendments to the package, such as increased guests or hotel changes, before the trip begins.
• Hotel Availability: Hotels are subject to availability. If unavailable, travelers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
• Itinerary Changes: For Al Hadi Travels Pvt Ltd reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to disruptions (e.g., weather, political conditions) without altering the total number of days or compromising services.
• Entry Fees: All entry tickets for attractions, monuments, and permits are not included in the package.
• GST: Goods and Services Tax is applicable to the package cost.
• Personal Expenses: The package excludes personal expenses, meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary, and any drinks (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water).
• Eco-Friendly Practices: Avoid plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance. Fines may apply for littering.
• Swimming Pool Usage: Usage is subject to government guidelines.
• Location Details: Exact accommodation location will be shared post-booking.
• Damage Charges: Breakage or damage at the resort will be charged at actuals.
• Exclusions: Airfare (international and domestic), visa fees, airport taxes, and insurance are not included.
• Mid-Trip Departure: If a traveler leaves the trip early, all subsequent expenses are the traveler’s responsibility. The operator is not liable for refunds.
• Health Guidelines: Follow state government guidelines, maintain social distancing, and use masks. Frequent hand sanitization is recommended.
• ID Proof: Mandatory for all guests at booking and arrival. PAN card is not valid as address proof.
• Children’s Policy: Children above 8 years are considered adults. No charges for children under 8 years.
• Additional Activities: Extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars are not included and will incur additional costs.
