Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum Booking Requirement: At least 2 persons needed to book.
• Rate Variations: Rates may increase on special days (Diwali, Dussehra, Christmas, New Year's).
• Personal Expenses: Not included in the package.
• Damage Charges: Breakages or damages at the resort will be charged at actuals.
• Rate Fluctuations: Rates may change with service/hotel alterations. Clients bear any additional costs due to changes.
• Hotel Availability: Hotels are subject to availability; alternative accommodations of similar standard may be provided.
• Itinerary Changes: For Al Hadi Travels Pvt Ltd reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to disruptions without altering the number of days or compromising services.
• Entry Fees: Not included (stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state fees, etc.).
• GST: Applicable to the package cost.
• Eco-Friendly Travel: Avoid plastic bags; fines for littering. Follow government guidelines for swimming pool usage.
• Food and Drink: Bring dry snacks and two water bottles (regular and insulated).
• Mid-Trip Departure: Costs incurred from the point of departure will be borne by the traveler; no refunds or responsibilities assumed by the operator.
• Health Guidelines: Follow state government guidelines, maintain social distancing, and use masks.
• ID Proof: Mandatory for booking and arrival (PAN card not accepted as address proof).
• Children's Policy: Children over 8 years old are considered adults. No charge for children under 8 years.
• Extra Activities: Not included in the tour cost (adventure activities, ropeways/cable cars).
• Meals: Only specified meals are included.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Private (Standard & Deluxe):
• 7 to 15 days before travel: 30% rescheduling fee.
• 0 to 15 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee.
• Bookings 15 days before travel: No rescheduling or modifications.
• Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific: No rescheduling allowed; standard cancellation policy applies.
• Force Majeure: For Al Hadi Travels Pvt Ltd may reschedule tours or offer alternative itineraries due to unforeseen events.
• Cancellation After Rescheduling: Rescheduling fees are non-refundable if cancellation occurs later.
