• Rates are not valid during blackout dates: Nov 1-10, Dec 15-Jan 10, and Jan 23-28.
• We may adjust the itinerary due to disturbances (weather, political, etc.) without changing the trip duration or services.
• Prices may change based on service/hotel adjustments; any cost differences will be covered by the client.
• Hotel availability is not guaranteed; similar accommodations will be provided if needed.
• Children 8 years and older are considered adults; no charges for children under 8.
• Follow state guidelines: maintain social distancing, sanitize frequently, and wear masks.
• Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details at booking and upon arrival.
• Any damages will be charged based on actual costs.
• Transport: Sedan for up to 4 people, Innova for 5-9, and Tempo Traveler for larger groups.
• Prices are per person for groups of 2; larger groups may receive lower rates. Inquire for the best deal.
• Airport/railway station pick-up/drop-off costs may vary based on location.
• Rescheduling for Standard/Deluxe Packages: 30% fee if rescheduled 7 days after booking to 15 days before travel; 100% fee within 15 days before travel. No changes allowed 15 days before travel.
• No rescheduling for Super Deluxe and hotel-specific bookings; standard cancellation applies.
• Force Majeure: Tours may be rescheduled or adjusted due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).
• If canceled after rescheduling, standard cancellation policy applies; rescheduling fees are non-refundable.
• Travelers leaving mid-trip will bear all expenses from that point; no refunds.
• Images are for reference only.
• Carry snacks, granola bars, and a refillable water bottle.
• Adventure activities and cable cars/ropeways are not included in the tour.
• Prepaid SIM cards may have limited functionality; consider buying a tourist SIM for better network coverage.
• Pack in layers: light woolens for spring/autumn, thermals for winter, and a waterproof jacket year-round.
